I was informed that RTSVapes.com offer USA Made Nicotine. I decided to dig deeper into this since many people in the vape community believe that there is not a single company at this time that offers nicotine that is made 100% within the USA.
Once I heard about RTSVapes I started communication with them in order to get some honest answers. Unfortunately RTSVapes.com was not very forthcoming with information.

Earlier yesterday June 16, 2014 I contacted a company called RTSVapes.com. The following is my question:
ME:
http://www.rtsvapes.com/Flavorless_Liquid_Nicotine_s/42.htm
I was looking on your website, and I see that you provide US Sourced Nicotine.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
US Sourced means that the tobacco that was extracted was grown on US Soil, by is extracted someplace else.
If this is the case, where is your nicotine extracted. Thank you.
Shane

Shane,
I understand your concern but it is not our policy to reveal our suppliers. As a company, it is difficult to share such information when competition from other vendors is a definite factor. However, we strive to provide as much information as possible with our customers and offer a link on our website for our Chemical Certifications so you know the products we provide are of excellent quality, safe and certified.

ME:
Is your nicotine made 100% in USA or is it extracted outside the USA of USA products?
- - - - -
ME:
Perhaps you could tell me what you mean by "USA Sourced".

Shane,
USA Sourced means the company we purchase our nicotine from resides here in the US.
- - - - -
ME:
Does that also mean that the nicotine is Made in the USA? or, are you unable to answer that question because you do not know?
- - - - -
Shane,
I hope you are having a good day.
I understand you are attempting to obtain the source of our nicotine supply. Unfortunately we cannot, and will not, provide anybody with this information because it is a company trade secret. Although the E-Cigarette Community as a whole is fantastic, the actual industry itself is cut throat and new companies are popping up daily. Because of this, anything revealed about a companies suppliers or manufacturing procedures immediately is used by competitors and can tremendously damage that individual company's ability to remain ahead of the competition.
Think of this as asking a company such as Hershey, Coke, or Pepsi where and who they get all of their supplies from. They are not going to answer because it is a trade secret.
We are happy to provide documentation for all of our supplies, as well as MSDS and COA's.
We do receive all nicotine shipments from a U.S based supplier. We are not avoiding your question, but rather declining to answer.

I don't care whom you purchase your nicotine from. All I want to know is if it is 100% processed in the United States, or if it is from another country. I have spoken with several other countries. Based on your response I feel that you are trying to hide the fact that your nicotine is not processed 100% in the USA. And I feel that you use the term USA Sourced as a term to make it sound as if your nicotine is Made in USA when in fact it is not.
I am doing this research for some piece of mind. Therefore I will not purchase any e-juice/e-liquid from any company that claims to use your nicotine.

I have yet to get a response back from RTSVape.com I am sure that they want to continue avoiding my question. Their MSDS and other certifications do not state where the product is manufactured. This really makes me feel as if they want to sidestep the question. I do not know what USA Sourced means. And this is the only information that I have been able to find.
